2. Advisor/Advisee/Interventions should be priority over teaming.

3. The process of implementation of the policy is crucial.

4. The bottom line is not just SAT scores.

5. Issues with the process of these changes. Timing is bad.

6. We should have a detailed plan in place.

7. We need to change from an “I” vision to a “we” vision.

8. Need a SAT Prep course
